missing a button hole

I returned this beautiful coat because it was missing a button hole. I ordered another hoping it wont have the same flaw. Macy's is really slacking off. A lot of disappointment lately. No excuse for this one.

Guess Coat

So very disappointed. The coat is beautiful - but super large for me (I ordered it on-line in Large). And now I cannot return it to replace it with a Medium as the system tells me that it was on sale and I cannot return. What a waste of someone's hard earned money. Very disappointed with you, Macy's. What's the point of having a returns website and your customer cannot return it. And now if I want to order it in Medium, and it ends up being slightly snug, I can't return it either? Really - so you get to keep my $$ twice?

Quality Wool Coat! You won’t be disappointed.

It’s beautiful. Better than expected. I was hoping it would be wonderful. But , online orders don’t alway’s feel like they should. So, I was blown away by the quality of the coat! I’m very happy! I have a Calvin Klein Wool Coat. This one here is by GUESS. Its quality is outstanding! Buy one! I’ve also bought a Cole Haan Leather Jacket. Fine detailing. I keep checking the sales and see if it is something I will use a lot.

Elegant and soft coat

Love this coat! So soft and comfortable. I usually buy a Large but Medium fit perfectly. The length gives it a classy look. It’s my new favorite piece.

Awesome Guess Coat

The coat is absolutely beautiful! Love the material it is made from, it’s high quality and amazing lining!! A a good price although it went on sale a couple days later for $80 less than I paid for it. I still love the coat! It looks exactly like what you see online.

One star on delivery.

Ordered the coat from Macy's. Macy's had Uber deliver the package on Sunday at my office and I called to let Macy's know that it was not delivered. I then called back to Macys' to tell them to reorder the coat and it was never delivered. It was never meant for me to have a new coat.
