Received the wrong size
Based on reviews, it seems that Macy’s can’t get it right with their orders. I received the wrong size and contacted customer service just to be told I ordered the wrong size. I sent the order confirmation as proof that I did in fact order the correct size but was sent an incorrect size then was told by customer service that they don’t know what happened LOL. So now I have to go thru the hassle of returning the item. Macy’s, improve your shipping and customer service!!
Wrong boots 2nd time
For the 2nd time you have sent me the wrong boot! I ordered the croc pattern and for the 2nd time that is not what I got. Now I have to make yet another trip to your store and go through the ridiculous process of returning and reordering! Maybe I should take it as a sign and just do a return and refund my money.
Beautiful color but didn’t fit
The color of the boots is beautiful. Unfortunately, didn’t fit my foot or calves. I am regularly a 6.5, I think a 7 would have fit. I am also a wide for the calf’s and this is regular.

Wrong Product Twice
I ordered these boots twice each time I had to return them they were the wrong ones very inconvenient for me to take back to UPS for return.
I received the wrong boots
I waas so excited about the boots until I opened the box and realized, they are not the boots I ordered. Now, I have to find time and return them.
Ordered twice and they sent me the wrong shoes.
I ordered the Black crocs print shoes, first time they sent a solid black print boot, with gold zipper and triangle Guess logo in the back of the boot. Ordered again, still sent me the same shoe. Confused.
