Guess Boots

They are very cute! I just wish they were leather. Good heel length too. A tad bit narrow in thr toe area, but beautiful boots to dress up!

Beautiful however..

The calf are very narrow, but it fits enough for me. the shoe is beautiful, wore it once and it feels comfortable.

Came damage

This is the 3rd time in a row ordering from macys and either the clothes are worn or damaged these boots came and the stitching is coming apart ! So disappointed

Received the wrong size

Based on reviews, it seems that Macy’s can’t get it right with their orders. I received the wrong size and contacted customer service just to be told I ordered the wrong size. I sent the order confirmation as proof that I did in fact order the correct size but was sent an incorrect size then was told by customer service that they don’t know what happened LOL. So now I have to go thru the hassle of returning the item. Macy’s, improve your shipping and customer service!!

Wrong boots 2nd time

For the 2nd time you have sent me the wrong boot! I ordered the croc pattern and for the 2nd time that is not what I got. Now I have to make yet another trip to your store and go through the ridiculous process of returning and reordering! Maybe I should take it as a sign and just do a return and refund my money.

Beautiful color but didn’t fit

The color of the boots is beautiful. Unfortunately, didn’t fit my foot or calves. I am regularly a 6.5, I think a 7 would have fit. I am also a wide for the calf’s and this is regular.
