Not a Happy shopper anymore

Macys should stand behind the quality it sells-this purse started to fall apart . I am very unhappy since I liked the purse, but the handle started to unravel. Then after trying to return it, it came back me because it didn't fit the new return guidelines....I am a Platinum member and I spend on an average something every month...but I am reconsidering other options for online shopping.

Mauve is more pink

I seen the black bag in person and fell in love! So i ordered the mauve colored bag & it's more pink in person. Love the bag but color was a big deception. I dont think i would've gotten it had i seen the color prior. I'm still keeping the bag, it's very sturdy and looks very high end! It fits alot of things inside and i love that i dont have to open a zipper to dump my phone or any random items in
