wrong size delivered

it seems like they can't get tit together i ordered 18/20 and received a 16 what's wrong with the people putting the orders together makes you not want to order online very disappointed

This is not sized correctly - pay close attention when it comes from 3rd party . NO RETURNS . I would advise against ordering from a 3 party vendor . I will also reach out to Macy”s . I purchased as gift for my grand daughter , she is 7 so I ordered this 2 sizes up - it might fit my 4 year old grand daughter but the arms are entirely too long ! I am not sure what’s going on with the 3rd party vendor , or why Macys would purchase from a vendor , then pass it on to a customer . Obviously a buyers issue , I think Macys should be accountable for their error in judgement not pass it on to a customer . A friend had the same issue .

item cannot be returned. wrong color and size. was supposed to be pink and size 10/12 instead got a black top size 14/16

Sent wrong size 2x

I ordered a size 10 and received a size 16. I returned the wrong size and reordered the size 10. Received a size 16 again. Returned it and gave up. Terrible service on this one.
