Not the usual quality

I purchase Haggar slacks for work. I have done so for the last 10 years. And, I have purchased a number of different styles in Hager family of slacks. However, this recent purchase feels very different than anything I have purchased directly from Haggar. The fabric itself feels extremely cheap, the hand feel is very rough, and it is extremely lightweight feeling almost flimsy. After laundering, it also wrinkles really badly, which is something I have never experienced. I'm not sure if this is a quality they ship only to Macy's, but I usually order direct from Haggar and have never come across anything like this.
