It broke taking it out of the box, a waste of money

Broken Rapunzel

Ornament was chipped. I tried exchanging it. Item is now out of stock. Was offered a refund through chat, no mention of having to return it. Then was sent a return label in email. Son just opened the box and the chip turned in to the whole ornament breaking in half. So now, no option but to just return it. He is very disappointed and so am I.
