Shouldn't ship ornaments in bag mailer

The ornament is cute, but the shipping was horrible. The box was ripped because it was shipped in a plastic bag mailer instead of box. I'm very dissatisfied. I bought these as a gift for a Star wars collector but now I will have to just keep them.
