TWO WEEKS. STILL NOT HERE

Ordered December 1st. Still not here. TWO WEEKS. Wanted it for the 14th. Was shipped to Louisville and arrived in Louisville Tuesday December 9th.( plenty of time) Was in Louisville until Saturday 13th (not delivered) and then shipped to Cincinnati. ??? Appears to have been in Louisville for 4-5 DAYS. WHERE IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DELIVERED TO ME. But now is in Cincinnati? And now I will have to go to macys to return it when I ordered online so I would NOT have to go to the mall. I’m old and have health issues. This is ridiculous. What do I get for my trouble?? Hopefully not Covid. 🤬. (One star because I can’t give it 0)
