Unbelievable what I was sent

What I received look like something that someone returned. It was simply wrapped in a plastic shipping bag. The comfort set itself look like it was hand folded and stuffed in the bag. It wasn't even properly in a plastic case that was been put in the bag. Not only that, but the bag was fully torn, exposing the comforter set itself. I was truly disappointed in what Macy sent me. Didn't even bother fully opening it, I just sent it back as is.

I purchased the product and washed it on DELICATE cycle. I immediately noticed that a huge portion of the comforter was unraveled.
