Great Kitchen Addition

A great product to expand kitchen space especially when making a big meal. We’ve used this to make grilled cheese a number of times and never plan to go back to using a pan. It is also surfaced in a way where the food doesn’t stick, making cleanup a breeze. The temperature regulates evenly and is easy to dial up/down as needed.

It's okay, but name is misleading.

This griddle is great for making breakfast for the whole family in a hurry. You can cook pancakes, eggs, and bacon all at the same time with ease. The griddle is super easy to clean and has a nonstick surface so there's no need for oils or butter to keep food from sticking. The drip tray is quite large, so no leakage issues when cooking. Calling reversible is a lie, though. It is not reversible in the sense most people would assume, but only in that you can choose which side the plug goes on (which you can do with anything by simply rotating it). It would be nice also if they included a guide to what temperature setting to use for different foods, as new cooks may not know what a good setting is.

We love our electric griddle!

This is a great electric griddle. My husband years this every week to meal prep his breakfasts for the work week. We actually use it way more than expected and it lives on the counter now. It heats up really fast which is great and the heat is very consistent across the large cooking area. We haven’t noticed any spots that heat up too fast or any cooler spots. It is super easy to clean and I really like the grease trap. The one thing I would change is that we wished it had a higher rim. Granted my husband is a messy cooker, but he’s even messier on this and loses more food than usual because the rim is so short.

Perfect griddle for large families

My family of 5 loves to eat a full breakfast, complete with eggs, bacon, hash browns and pancakes. I love to cook, but I don't like having to use so many pans. Who wants to wash all those dishes? The Hamilton Beach Durathon Reversible Ceramic Griddle is perfect because it's 200 sq in. nonstick cooking surface. It's also easy to clean because of cord reversal. The directions are simple to follow. I highly recommend this griddle!
