Nice but no great mixer

Great mixer!

I bought this mixer about 3 months ago with a gift certificate that I won on an online sweepstakes. I absolutely love it! It has several different settings and attachments. The "splash guard" is probably one of my favorite features!! It makes my baking hobby so much easier!

there is no “slow”

Even on 1, this goes very fast, and the bowl circles around so violently that the whole machine can fall off the counter if you’re not careful.

No item , no refund!!

I have never received the item!! I called customer service in order to put the claim and they told me the delivery it was done and I never received the proof of the purchase. ( photo) So I didn’t received the refund, the item , nothing !
