I really like this iron. It heats up very quickly and removes wrinkles easily. The steam function works great, and it’s lightweight, so my hand doesn’t get tired. Perfect for daily ironing. Highly recommend!

New iron
Settings make ironing easy but the iron itself is somewhat heavy.

Wanted to Love it, But…
I wanted to love it because this iron has great features and performs well. It’s my second Hamilton Beech iron. I replaced the first one with this one because it developed two hot spots toward the bottom. Some of my clothes contain acrylic, nylon and rayon. Despite using a lower setting, at times the iron would lightly scorch the faction and the two hot spots would get black. It’s easily cleanable with a towel, but still shouldn’t happen. I will search for smoother brands next time.
Great Iron
I have not used the iron as of yet but it has every feature that I wanted in an iron and more! The retractable cord is worth its weight I told! I will review again after I have used the product for a week!
Disappointed in Macys
I’m hoping the iron works as this is a Christmas gift. Nowhere to send pictures of the shape the box was in (not once but twice) when it was delivered. Absolutely horrible that Macys would not put the iron box inside another box for delivery.
