Stopped working

Got this in October 2024 stopped working in February 2025 no way to return to Macy’s so I guess I’m all out of my money. I liked the product and can’t believe it just stopped working. Shane

Hamilton Beach multi-cooker

I looked at a lot of multi-cookers. I wanted one that could sauté, roast, and slow cook and would fit in my cabinet. This was a good choice. But, it has a poor instruction pamphlet. I finally figured out how to switch from one cooking method to the next—keep pushing menu button, not the up or down arrow. I’m not sure what the temperature of sauté is, but it seems pretty high. The 15 minute minimum time for sauté seems a bit hot, so you have to watch to not burn. The non-stick pot works well and is not super heavy. It looks like a whole chicken would fit, but I’ve yet to try one yet. A good pot for the price.

Slow cooker is great.

The cooker is great, the fact that Macy's wanted to cancel my order because it was slightly delayed was not so good. I had to call them and ask them not to cancel my order, why is that the default?
