Pressure multi cooker

I bought this at Macy’s and took a while to use and my wife had used two times and it broke on the second use and now I can’t return it to the store because the window closed.. how can I get to Hamilton beach on this matter

Appliance is build is bad

Functionality is very good as expected, but the build quality is bad. The piece we received might be faulty. The base is not stable and steel surface around it is shaped out. It is functional but falls short in terms of stability.
