False advertisement

Was advertised during father's day sale to come with a free gift consisting of 3 pair of socks. Received the pajama without the free gift. Chatted online with customer service; refused to honor free gift. Suggested that I return the pajama. Incredible. Macy's has damaged the Hanes Brand!!! and its sales practices.
