Hanes customer no more

I returned the product and have received a refund. They were labeled XL, but they were far smaller than XL Hanes that I bought a couple of years ago. My old XL fit, new XL was too small. The fabric in the new Hanes was also thinner, and seemed more polyester than cotton blend. I think you're cheating on true sizes you label, and on quality of material.

Do you really need a pouch? Yes. Yes you do. I like the material. Very comfortable. I'd prefer a thinner waistband.

New seams are a pain in the rear!

I've been buying Hanes boxer briefs for my whole adult life and was so happy that I found this comfort flex fit line with the amazing support pouch that keeps things where they need to be. However, I just bought a pack and discovered they now have seams running vertically down the back right on the cheeks! They were so uncomfortable I had to change halfway through the day. I'm more upset than I thought I could be about underwear but please Hanes get rid of the seams, or you'll be losing a lifelong customer...

Okay but not great

This particular boxer brief is very thin and the elastic at the bottom of the legs is pretty wimpy so the legs tend to ride up fast and wad up on you constantly! A little disappointing.

Too Tight but correct waist size

The Flex band is too tight and uncomfortable as those that I am used to. I don't know if they have changed in the last 5 years but the underwear I have now are so comfortable and I believe are the same size 2xl. I have ordered the Big Mans size to see if they are better
