Problem zero stars for UPS

The UPS man placed my package against my bedroom door on the outside of my house... I have a sign that says "please do NOT leave packages at this door - they get wet! Please place gently on the Front Porch under over hang. Thank you!" BUT HE DID NOT! HE CREATED A STUMBLING BLOCK FOR ME! I AM A 100% DISABLED VETERAN WHO HAS BALANCE ISSUES!! my son brings my packages in at the front door like normal people! Why do the UPS men think its ok to do this!! Please let UPS know this is unacceptable. Everytime!

The blue part of the print looks like worn out denim. I did not care for that and returned the comforter set. If you don’t mind that. Then everything else was good.

Like the color and fit on my bed...It wrinkles and I am afraid to launder for fear it will bunch up.

Melted in the dryer

We put the brand new comforter in the washer and dryer, following the instructions to tumble dry on low. It came out of the dryer unusable, with the filling completely hard and melted.

Do not dry

Just read too late not to dry. Husband, trying to be "helpful " put ours in the dryer. Even on low it came out with hard chunks throughout. I know the other reviewer said she was not having good luck with customer service, but I think I will try since I just bought it a few months ago. Otherwise I LOVED it. The muted colors and all - just the more casual look I was looking for.
