Poor service!!!

I ordered these items on 10/24/25. FedEx lost the order. After calling FedEx, the actual Seller and Macy’s many times, here it is, 11/20/25, a full month later, and I have no items, no credit to my account- and the payment is due. If I don’t pay, my credit will suffer. Poor service - Macy’s is terrible.

Very pleased!

Hard Shell China Storage Containers 5-piece set My order arrived well packaged and in excellent condition. Plenty paper protectors included to keep china from scratching the piece underneath. Cups fit well into divider box spaces and container tops are very sturdy to stack well on each other as necessary. I’m very pleased and I’m considering buying another identical set for yet another daughter! 😊
