Cute dress!

This dress is even cuter in person than on the model. Excellent quality. I am small 5ft tall and both size 2 and 4. The reason why I got two sizes is because sleeves are very tight. I have normal arms. Size 4 is a bit loose in the waist for me but sleeves are better. Might keep 4 and alter waist. Very cute dress I just don't understand why sleeves are so tight.
