Great delicious cookies!

We sent this Harry and David Cookie basket to our sister in VA, we live in Florida, they arrived quickly and fresh. Her adult daughters shared how good they are as well as our sister. I am so pleased to know that, I know they would be honest with us if the opposite was true. They each had one and shared how delicious they are. My experience with Macy’s for the last 15 plus years has always been great, whenever a problem arises they rectified it quickly. Thank you Macy’s again!

Big disappointment!

The cookies were dry and tasteless, I have ordered from Harry and David in the past and never had this type of experience, their products are always fresh. These were stale and not like the picture on the Bloomingdale's ad. The basket was half full. Shame on you Bloomingdale's!

Dry and falling apart

The entire basket of cookies were dry. I have never experienced this with other Harry and David food products.

harry and david cookies

not so good . it was ok i guess . not much flavor for these cookies . their chocolates,carmel corn and fruit are good though but not these not much flavor and some were kind of hard.
