Worst Experience Ever
Horrible experience purchasing this product. I ordered it with more than 12 days to process and ship before Christmas. On the day it’s supposed to deliver, I get an email saying it won’t come until the 29th at the earliest AND it’s too late to cancel for a refund. I tried contacting customer service but they won’t help me. I deserve a refund
Order canceled by Macys
After ordering 6 of these items on sale and waiting 2 weeks, Macy's emailed to advise they canceled this purchase because they no longer had it in stock! 5 days before Christmas!!!! They offered an insulting 25% off my next purchase as a pathetic "apology." This is how Macy's operates now. This extremely unprofessional in their approach has lost them yet another previously loyal customer. Shame on you Macy's!!!
Cancelled Order WHY
Order was cancelled with no notice, no email and this was a gift! Macy's why are dropping the ball on Christmas???? Not a good look....

Moose Munch disappointing
I think I've had this product before and liked it, so I ordered some as little gifts for family. I opened one for myself and found it too chewy and too sweet. It's possible that the quality was compromised because it was an online order, and the delivery box was left outside on an extremely cold (in the teens) day, before I got home from work. So, it probably froze. When I returned the other two to a store, they insisted they couldn't find it on my order, even though I had the order number. ??
Finally arrived.
The product is in great shape but it took a couple of weeks to get here.
