DISSATIFIED WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE - PRODUCT WAS ON SALE - CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR PRICE ADJUSTMENT. THEY WERE TO MAKE ADJUSTMENT - BUT DID NOT AND HAD TO PAY THE BILL WITHOUT PRICE ADJUSTMENT
