never sent

you never sent it when I called after tracking it it told me I had to wait 18 days to find out where it is. It was never sent. It was two hours on the phone would never order a gift basket from you again.

Rotten, bruised, inedible pears.

Unfortunately, the main product in this gift box, the pears, were practically black in color with bruising all over. Completely inedible and embarrassing to have gifted this to my parents. Everything else in the box was in good condition. We chose this basket specifically for the pears. This is the first time that we have experience this with Harry and David pears.

I ordered this item 3 days ago however it is still processing, very disappointed as I doubt it will reach its destination on time.

Great Gift!

I sent this to my dad during a social-distancing Father's Day, ha! He loved it, raved about how delicious everything was and hinted he'd like one for his birthday, too! It arrived quickly and everything seemed perfectly fresh.
