Never Again!! I'm MORTIFIED!!!

VERY POOR SERVICE!!!The price was left on the the gift basket and the gift card that I had filled out online was never included with the gift basket. The fact that it was a "GIFT" basket should suggest not leaving the price in the box!!! I am so embarrassed for my friends to have received my gift like that, and also not knowing that I had sent it at first, added insult to injury. Then the supervisor wanted to blame me saying I didn't check the "GIFT" box, which I had!! The possibility of a glitch on their website couldn't be possible.....PLEEAASSEEEE!!!!!
