Not Tasty

I purchased the gift basket as a Christmas gift. I was told by the family that received the basket, that the crackers were stale and some of the candy tasted off.

Arrived crushed to bits. UPS gets a lump of coal.

Purchased because it was a great price and H&D quality. It arrived crushed to bits. UPS gets a lump of coal for this. Thank goodness it was for my next door neighbors, sent here instead of cross-country to family. The little slip of paper included with it had a QR code that didn't word (expired? really?) so I emailed the store manager whose name and email appeared beside it. He emailed right back, issued a refund, and emailed the receipt. Had to scramble to find a replacement gift but the goodies that weren't smashed open were fresh and tasty.
