Disappointing communication and delivery

Purchased Dec. 13th for a dear friend who no longer lives nearby There was no indication/messages that there would be delivery issues that would affect a delivery for Xmas. Just received an email - Jan. 5th - that this order was delivered. I will be checking with the gift recipient but I’m assuming/hopeful the gift is as I expected when ordering. This experience with Macy’s was very disappointing which, for me, is unusual. Not sure I’ll use Macys in the future for a Xmas gift source with delivery.

Never arrived

My package was shipped Dec 16 .Never received my packages still saying that still in transit,Supposed gift for my co workers.Well Christmas is over hopefully next year I have a better luck .

Holiday Be Merry Gift Bin

The basket looks beautiful, but it arrived with no bubble wrap. One of the mugs is completely broken in half, I would have liked to return it but it can not be returned. So basically this is going to the garbage, since I can not give it as a gift.

Basket was a gift so I can’t personally comment on the product BUT it arrived almost a week late. Was supposed to be delivered in 3-5 business days which would have been perfect as intended recipients were going out of town for the holidays. It was ordered on the 13th and delivered on the 23rd you do the math. Very disappointing.
