Say NO to the fruit baskets

Say NO to the fruit baskets. They showed up rotten to my in laws and I’ve never been more embarrassed. Such a disappointment.

Very Disappointing gift box

Pears were brown rotten,not suitable for eating or anything else. The rest of the gift box was mediocre and I can't imagine anyone paying good money for this. What has happened to the Harry and David's brand? Buyer beware, Macy's will NOT refund or issue store credit for this.
