I chose one star because I had to mark something, the shipment terrible, what the website offered never occurred, very disappointed how Macy’s handled customers, not matters how busy is the season, they should make possible what they promised in their website for delivery. What I ordered for my son on December 17 with the supposedly delivery for Dec 24, it hasn’t arrive yet and today is December 30th, very disappointed.

Basket

Not worth the money at all, and I call Macy's 800 289 6229 and talk to a girl that would not let me return the item. I ask to speak to a supervisor and she said okay but hang up. Terrible customer service.
