Not okay

I received this as a Christmas gift. I have never been so disappointed in Harry and David. The chemical smell from the wood basket impermeated the food items and destroyed the taste. I had to tell the giver we loved but we were unable to eat any of it

I chose one star because I had to mark something, the shipment terrible, what the website offered never occurred, very disappointed how Macy’s handled customers, not matters how busy is the season, they should make possible what they promised in their website for delivery. What I ordered for my son on December 17 with the supposedly delivery for Dec 24, it hasn’t arrive yet and today is December 30th, very disappointed.
