A bit wonky

The box wasn’t nicely displayed. Must have been mishandled in shipping or store. I purchased other items to add to the tower and it turned out very nice.

Packing/shipping issue

Item was not packed well, cellophane was ripped and items were missing. Box also had a hole in it. Macy’s refunded me for the item.

Old Stock

Sent as a gift. Arrived at destination quickly. But the candy was old and dried out, the pretzels smelled chemical. Contents were old. No gift note included as I requested. Complained to Macy's and they sent another express. This time gift note was included. But candy was all melted and and the pretzels again smelled like chemicals. I believe both were from last years old stock. For the price Macy's should have checked before sending. Especially embarrassing as was a gift!

Absolutely not worth full price, even recipient off this gift commented ,"I hope you didn't pay full price for this". Products were good, just not "full price" good

Fun gift for everyone in the family

I ordered two, they both arrived perfectly.The families loved them. It is a little pricey, but I did get them on sale. It’s a Fun variety of treats to have around for the Holidays.
