Most exceptional Pears...

juicy, satisfying, justifies the hype. I shared them with friends and neighbors. Definitely made me think better about pears, which I used to think of as healthy-but-boring. Would buy again, even if I don't exactly need this many. Enjoy!

Poor Quality. Poor Customer Service:

The pears were a gift. And when the recipient received them, they were all brown and rotting. I called Macy’s to request a replacement. They agreed; but NEVER sent the replacement pears.

Mess of an order

This order was a nightmare. Ordered a 9 pear gift box with a bonus Godiva chocolate gift box. Received 7 pears, no chocolate. Chatted and spoke to 3 humans and 2 bots over 3 days, each promising a refund. It took opening a case with Paypal to resolve. Never had this sort of ordeal with Macy's.
