Not as expected

I bought this for myself since I bought two of the same type for friends. They raved how great it was and enjoyed every piece in the box. I love Harry and David products but this was disappointing. If I was allowed to return it I definitely would do so. Motto is Live and Learn! Fingers crossed I might win the Sweepstakes.
