Very bad truffle quality

The chocolate truffles were stick together, not even a ball when you open package, the bottom of truffle had a hole in it and was squished. I even bought 3 boxes and they were all the same. I had to throw them away, an embarrassment

Harry and David sweets bag

The sweets bag was awesome containing truffles, moose mix, popcorn, and gummy flowers. The gummy flowers are the best Gummies I’ve ever tasted. The popcorn is great caramel popcorn with nuts. The truffles we had a problem with. Although the box had ice packs in it the ice was melted and the truffles were melted. We Put them in the refrigerator and they harden right up but not to their truffle shape.

Chocolates are a big melted mess. Stupid me, didn’t notice it was a final sale.

Everything was melted. I expected it would be shipped with some sort of gel pack, etc.
