Fruit not fresh

The pears arrived in very disappointing condition. They looked bruised and unappetizing.

Don't Send This as a Gift!

I was so embarrassed! I sent this to my my in-laws. I actually sent 2 separate gifts to 2 separate addresses. My sister-in-law sent me this photo of how it arrived. Macy's was great and refunded me for both gift baskets but I would have rather they got a nice gift basket

Delicious and juicy!

I have purchased Harry and David many years for our employees. Quality is always great!. The basket is nicer, however looks a little small since fruit is packaged on bottom. The flat tray which we also purchased is same price more product however no fancy basket%u2026looked more expensive. Pears drip with sweetness. This will be always my go to.
