Beautiful bag but faulty construction

I wanted to love this bag. It’s spacious, beautiful, and a perfect personal item. Unfortunately, the handles started falling apart after one use. Poor craftsmanship and tedious warranty process with Hartmann/Samsonite. I’ve already gotten two replacements and they fall apart every single time. Do not recommend even for a discounted price.

Too small - Returned

Too small to be useful / the suit bag would be great for children’s clothing not adult sized items.

Other occasion to buy:I returned to Hartmann after years of trying different brands next week. I will use my suitcase for a length of European trip. I’m going to assume everything is going to be fine if it’s not I’ll be back.

Beautiful suitcase!

Beautiful suitcase with good storage. I really like that it has the hanging clothes garment bag that is not attached and can be used if needed. Such nice quality as well. Hope the airlines won't ruin it.

Beautiful Luggage

Beautiful luggage. Had the Tweed originally, long ago. The Large Journey was very big and had to return it. They were out of the Medium Journey,. Ended up going with Manos Hybrid Luggage in Champagne. Hartmann is a classic for all time.
