Wouldn't recommend
I bought this in the nude and rust colors -- both colors are very pretty. The top is indeed soft, but otherwise it's ill fitting and pretty disappointing for the cost. I'm a 36 B/C and ordered size S. It's not too big but it's so bunchy and lumpy in the chest mostly due to poorly placed darts and ruching in the built in bra and outer layer. It does not look smooth in the chest like website photos. I don't ever aim to look/feel lumpy but certainly not through pregnancy/postpartum. I think I could get the same comfort, better fit, and a cheaper price from other retailers.

This unfortunately was one of the rare misses from hatch. I think it’s made for someone with a much larger bust. I’m a 34B and there was so much extra material that it looks loose and bunchy in the front. If you’re smaller chested like me I’d skip this one

The cut was too short
The cut was too short and the fasteners appear to be cheaply made. I returned it. Not good value for money.

its a little large for
its a little large for a size S, but i've found that to be the case with most of hatch's clothing.

Not worth the price.
This tank is nice, just definitely not for the price (and I did the three pack for a discount and had a gift card). The fabric is very soft and the best of any nursing tank I’ve tried and the cut of the top is nice— not matronly like a others seem to be. However the top runs very short. I’m only 5’4 and don’t have a long torso and I don’t it fits short. I can’t imagine how a taller person would comfortably wear this even as a base layer. Also the portion of the top that holds up the tank while your nursing is not taught so the fabric sort of bunches and is visible under the top layer so it looks sloppy. The straps are also only adjustable from the front to the top of the shoulder so there is not a lot of leeway to get more support if you want it— which I do. The elastic band is wrapped in fabric which sounds nice and makes it softer but then it’s so bulky that it is kind of a question whether that is better or worse than just having softer elastic? Finally the tag is very itchy. I thought we’d all agreed to just print tags on the fabric now?! Overall yes I like the tanks, mostly for the soft fabric. But they miss on so many other points I would not buy them again and had I not desperately needed nursing tanks when I got home with my newborn I probably would have returned them. But who has the time with a newborn?! I’m not mad about keeping them but under different circumstances I’d have sent them back and just bought more of the Auden tanks from Target which aren’t nearly as soft but win otherwise and are like 1/5 of the price.

Expensive with design flaws
Nice fabric but design flaws mean the inner strap sticks out on the sides and won’t lay flat with outer flip down straps. Also material is thin so leak pads visible. Considering the price, not worth it.
