Dead base

This is my replacement and the base still won’t stay charged. Really disappointed as I have to plug directly into the hatch and can’t move it around.

LOVE IT!

We have had our hatch for all 3 of our boys (almost 4 to 6 months) and they love it! It tells our oldest when he can get up from nap and morning and they know when its bedtime as it turns on at the preset time. It stopped working a few weeks ago for no apparent reason after using it for 2 years and then they sent us a new one without us even telling them that something malfunctioned. Very impressed!

Hi, thank you for reaching out. I wanted to say that we are super disappointed with our replacement and our first purchase. We really wanted to love the hatch. It’s the perfect product for our family however it’s not functional because it keeps shutting off both the brand new one we bought and the replacement have been shutting off in the middle of the night and will not work in less connected to the base we’ve tried to reset it multiple times, but nothing is fixing it. We are very disappointed however, we are appreciative of you sending a replacement. Just wish it worked.

Simply amazing

my 2 yo absolutely couldn’t sleep without this. He loves the guides stores and Brahms lullaby to fall asleep and then it switches to brown noise. Best product ever!

Frustrated with limited music options

Recently replaced a recalled Hatch with new model. Really disappointed with the quality of music available. The song we played for our baby since he was an infant is no longer available, and all the other options without an extra subscription sound really dinky. With today’s tech, feels very substandard, and kinda like a scam to make me pay for subscription. Disappointing

Love our hatch!

We love our hatch! Love the accessibility of moving it around and keeps a charge at nightly uses off the charger. I wish it lasted a bit longer with the charge, but it will do! Roughly 2 hours of music.
