This is my third 2nd gen my rest batch device.

This machine starts having a mind of its own after several months or a year. It randomly shuts off, plays the volume really high. It was super weird. My first one I didn’t claim through warranty because it was over a year. My second one I claimed through warranty. So then got a replacement. It’s been a roller coaster ride. Bring back the Restmini’s those were the best.

Best sleep

We’ve been using the Rest 2nd Gen with both of our kids since birth, and they’re now 3 and 5. Issues with the second one

Had all kinds of issues with our first one. Got sent a refurbished replacement and now having different kinds of issues with that one. Volume doesn’t change and extremely loud crackling that woke our kid up when we try to adjust the volume. Hopefully they will send something else or make it right. Looking for a different solution at the moment.

Not as good as original

I would not have bought this if I knew it wasn’t as good as the original. The volume and brightness have to be turned up much higher than my daughters.

Works better!

Hatch kindly sent a new device to replace a faulty one. It works great and has helped us to continue our family routines to keep our littles well rested. Love the buttons in the back (not the bottom) and ridges to help navigate controls in the dark!
