Toy broke and no customer service from Macy’s.

The pedals turn and the wheel does not. We tried to contact customer service and the rep basically said we were out of luck. It worked for 10 minutes of riding and that’s all. Very disappointed child and grand parents. Won’t be purchasing through Macy’s again.
