Run wide

I wear a size 9.5 or 41 shoe always and a medium width fit will usually suffice for my narrower heels and ankle. This brand and style’s ankle straps were too wide, fell down off my heels with a step. Ugh! I really wanted these to work! The soles they have enough thickness and they felt comfortable to stand in considering my ankle/foot/knee issues. BUT the strap size was a hazard I couldn’t overcome for my skinny ankles and feet. I gave them to my grand-daughter who loves them; she has thick feet.

Delivery Delay

As a Brazilian, I’ve been wearing Havaianas my whole life. They are my go-to for comfort and quality. I already own this same pair in a different color, so I knew exactly what I was getting. Unfortunately, this particular order arrived 3 days late, and it seems the sandals were exposed to extreme heat during transit. When they finally showed up, they had shrunk and no longer fit properly. It was really disappointing, especially from a brand I trust so much. Now, I can’t exchange or return them because I took the tag off before realizing it. I still love Havaianas and will continue to wear them, but I hope shipping issues like this can be avoided in the future.

Two different sizes for the same flip flop size.

The right sandal is 1 size smaller than the left one. Both flip flop have the same size imprinted on them.Very disappointed.

Sizing is off

I ordered 7/8 and I’m a true 8. These look like a size 6 and were way too small. My heel was sticking out of the sandal. I liked how comfortable they were but the sizing is off.

Perfect fit for size 7.5. Shoes are comfortable and straps do not dig in
