Not Comfortable

Got this for my wife for her birthday. She said the fit is fine but the center piece hurts when she walks it feels sharp and not comfortable at all. Also I ordered the cute Buttercream and they sent the wrong one the Beige style. Tried to upload photo unable too, it states image is too large. Not happy with purchase.
