Nice
I really like these cryo ice massage sticks. I love that they come in a plastic snap shut container so I can just pop them in the fridge to cool down without worrying about them getting dirty. They are made of metal and are filled with a liquid so they stay cool for quite some time. These feel great on the skin and help de puff my face.

Great massage tool
These are amazing! They get cold in the fridge but not too cold, it feels great! Definitely helps with muscle tension and puffiness under your eyes.

Amazing
These are honestly amazing. They are amazing for de puffing eyed. They come in a nice plastic case that I just put in the freezer. They do get super cold so if you are using them on your face make sure it is super dry or they will stick

Depuffs!
These Cryo-Ice Massage Sticks are so nice! They stay cold for a long time and really help with puffiness under my eyes. They feel super refreshing and give me a little spa moment at home. I’ve been adding them into my routine and honestly love how relaxing and effective they are.

Best facial tools I’ve ever used!! Slight downside
With being a mother of two toddlers, I try to find any moment of peace or relaxation for myself to not lose my mind every single day. (It doesn’t happen often, lol) Receiving these Havasu Nutrition Cryro-Ice Massage Sticks really allows for me to take time for myself amid the chaos. Not only do I use these sticks for depuffing my face after only 4 hours of sleep most nights, it comes in handy whenever I have a splitting headache. The day I made this review video, I had a terrible headache, worse than I’ve had in a while and I don’t always want to take medication for it, so I decided to put these ice gloves to the test. I’m not even kidding, once I used it on the one side of my face it almost instantly was relived. I accidentally threw the instructions away BUT I’ve used similar products like this before. I made little circles around the one side of my face first just to get my skin used to the coldness and then I ended up using the tool almost like a Gua-Sha to help with the puffiness. As you can see, after I was done with the one side, it was SIGNIFICANTLY different than the other. I looked more awake even if I felt like I was going to fall over at any given time. The only thing I’ll say I didn’t like as much was how skinny the handle was. I loved the tool overall and it really kept the sticks cold for a long long time but I just wish the handles were a tad thicker to grip them a little better. Overall these are the best facial skin care tools that I’ve ever used!

Great but Don’t Freeze them!
I was so excited to get these. They are high quality steel and surprisingly heavy. Despite the instructions, DO NOT PUT THEM IN THE FREEZER! When I pulled them out a few days later, they had frosting them. A thought putting them on my tender eyelids would be akin to sticking my tongue on a frozen flagpole. Even a triple dog dare wouldn’t persuade me. But next day, thawed, they felt great on my face! Find a nice serum or eye cream and massage it in. Love them!!!

These feel so good, I don’t think I’ve used it long enough to see crazy results but even if they don’t do much, it’s a really relaxing experience before going to bed and it’s become part of my bedtime routine. I’m not sure if they can be kept in the fridge or not so I just cool them before I use them

Great for headaches but handles too small
Like using them for headaches and lymphatic drainage. Comes case also makes this easy to travel with and definitely appreciate the case. My one con would be the hands. Would prefer larger handles that are more ergonomic.
