Haven black rim dinner set

I received 2 chipped plates and and other stained in its back

Not perfect

Overall they are great so far. Some of the black paint for the rim, I'm assuming during the assembly process, had got on other parts of the plate, causing a few unsightly blemishes.

Broken

One box came completely broke I don’t have the set that should be all looks nice.

Poor Quality for everyday use.

The plates were elegant, however 2 plates were delivered broke and there is a warning on the bottom of the plate that’s it’s microwave safe but the plate will get hot? Pretty but not durable.

Returned

I bought two sets of these dishes. I open one and it was perfect. I loved them. I was opening the second one and it was broke. No problem I figured I would just return it and exchange it for another one. However there was none in the store. So I had to get a refund and buy another one. I didn’t mind. The problem is the dish set cost more than what I bought it for meaning I had to pay more for this second set. I would be fine if I was refunded the various, but it’s been difficult to reach someone and get this resolved. The clerk was amazing at the store to return it. It was quick and easy but it’s been difficult to reach someone online.

Looks really good and great quality

Had to have it shipped to the nearest Macys since I read the comments of disappointed customers receiving broken orders due to shipping issues. Would suggest you ship to the nearest Macy’s for this. You’d love the quality and just how classy they look

Arrived damaged

Nice sturdy plates, however, two of them arrived chipped and now I have to return.
