Zero Customer Service

Macy's is asking me to write a review for a product I have not yet received. Shipping is delayed. Additionally, I asked to apply Star rewards to this purchase and was denied. So, yeah, 1 star.

Soft and cozy fabric

The jacket is lightweight yet warm. The fabric is super soft. It’s a slightly slimmer cut than expected but still fits my husband.
