Easy to use

Tried this on the advice of a friend. Took some time to get used to the taste but now I like it. Did not take for awhile during travel; now I’m hoping it hells me recover from a sinus infection.

Most awesome supplement for overall health

Love this black seed oil … I take this everyday with a teaspoon of raw local honey and it has done my allergies wonders. I use to take allergy medicine everyday and now I do a teaspoon of this wonderful smooth black seed oil to help with allergies and body inflammation. I have done my research and if we all had to take one thing to help our body it should be this black seed oil. It’s helps so many things and is a great supplement to keep inflammation of the body down and keeps me feeling healthy. N Highly recommend this black seed oil but it needs to be taken everyday to really see and feel the benefits. All you women especially that take all this expensive stuff for hair and nails .. does that too .. nothing has ever helped my overall health and wellness like this product I mever go without. Been such a difference in my life my husband has started taking it daily as well and can’t believe how much better his allergies are and he even swears it gives him energy throughout the day but I simply think it’s the black seed oil taking inflammation down and that will for sure give you a whole new outlook on how important this supplement is . This brand is all buy… very happy with this product so glad o found it!
