No more minopause symptoms with St. John's Wart

I'm doing all natural medications to help with minopause and this St. John's Wart by Health Harmony is hands down the best! I still feel human, no more sleepless nights or hot flashes! Other brands just didn't work for me. I'd either still have hot flashes, have mood swings or trouble sleeping. Not with Human Harmony brand! I'll continue to use St. John's Wart for my minopause symptoms. We don't like the mood swings, hot flashes or sleepless nights. It works great

I was sceptical at first, but they appear to work. I tried to go back to ashwaghanda or whatever you spell it because St. John's is only supposed to be used for a short time and the ashwaghanda did nothing. So I've resumed taking them.
