Comfortable and cozy, but. . .

I am female and wear a size 8 women's shoe. I ordered the men's socks to be sure they would be big enough. They are, but have no room to spare for people with longer feet than mine (i. e. most men). They keep my feet warm for a certain amount of time but not indefinitely. And they are essentially tube socks – although they fit well enough. They are very comfortable though, and they grip the floor nicely.
