Disappointed

Open box excited for my new boxing kit no nuts and bolts to put the scene together. I contacted the seller and still has not heard anything. It looks like a fairly good product, but I cannot test it and enjoy because I cannot put it together without the nuts and bolts. I have a one star reading very disappointed. I have not been contacted by the manufacturer or Macy’s.
