Other occasion to buy:Fabulous in depth book on all aspects of the ice cream-making process.

Fabulous book for the serious ice cream maker.

Bought this for my nephew who makes very sophisticated homemade ice creams in unusual, delicious flavors. He loves the book because it is so much more than a bunch of recipes. It discusses the science behind making ice creams, as well. He is thrilled, so I am, too!

All around awesome book

Thorough explanation every step of the way. Great recipes and give you blank slate recipes so you can flavour anyway you'd like. Great mix-ins and the science behind how ice cream is made.
