The Author Lindsay Maitland Hunt has thought of everything in this cookbook. It truly is a guide to gut health and delicious good as the front title reads. I am pulling myself out of a health crisis. I was trying to end my 20 year battle with acid reflux and my doctor recommended the Low FODMAP diet. I was already run down. The diet pushed me over the edge. If only I would have picked up this book sooner. I'm so glad I have it now. This cookbook/guide is so rich with sensible, well-researched information and delicious, easy-to-prepare recipes. Some recipes are a little more involved but there is a nice balance of quick recipes too. Sometimes I read a recipe and have questions. The author thought of everything with tips and notes throughout. The Coconut Chicken and Rice Stew is my favorite. I think anyone who enjoys all types of flavorful food would enjoy this book. The bonus is you feel good after eating!
