Flimsy
The knives are sharp but very flimsy. Even with a very careful use and storage, the tips of knives are bent on most of them.
Not the same item shown in picture
After receiving my order, I was disappointed to find out that the items that I thought I ordered were not the ones I received. I was replacing two knives from a set, and what the picture showed on the website were the correct items. The items received definitely were not. The pictures are deceiving. And the items sent are not of the same quality. Buyer beware

Where are the knives?
How can I rate an item I never received. Where are they???!?
Quality diminished from years ago.
Not the same quality as used to be. My wife and I got a set of these knives when we married 20 years ago. When the handle broke on one one I ordered a replacement and man have the standards dropped. The blade is thin and flimsy…it’s ok but not the same quality.

human error or lazy?
I think it is ashamed that a high caliber store like Macy’s ships the wrong item. These knives are great quality and expected the same from this retailer as i have done business with them many times, in store. This is my first and likely last time doing online shopping with them. I waited a week for my knives only to get one wrong set. i was told via their chat function that as compensation, i would have them expedited. the expedited service will be yet another 5 day. is there no quality control department to assure orders are filled with the items paid or are we expected to take what is arbitrarily assigned out of their convenience?
