Not what was represented online (#9000066)

Ordered what was shown online as Henckles International Prime steak knives (9000066) to match an existing set: nice serrated blade, good weighted handle, really dependable. Instead, received a set of non-serrated blades with cheap plastic handles: nothing like what was shown online and what I know they should be. Really disappointed.

No slip handles and sleek look

Excellent knives love you can register them too and find out how to sharpen them. Super nice handles I have shaky hands these stay firmly in my grip. Larger than regular steak knives too in my opinion for home use really think they look very professional too. I will be buying more.

Huge drop in quality. I own a set of Henckels knives I have had for years. these are not even close.

Flimsy

The knives are sharp but very flimsy. Even with a very careful use and storage, the tips of knives are bent on most of them.

Not the same item shown in picture

After receiving my order, I was disappointed to find out that the items that I thought I ordered were not the ones I received. I was replacing two knives from a set, and what the picture showed on the website were the correct items. The items received definitely were not. The pictures are deceiving. And the items sent are not of the same quality. Buyer beware
